Good to know
On request we will deliver fresh bread rools in the morning. A wholesome buffet breakfast or half board can be arranged with the Hotel next door. We also provide a ski boot dryer and a ski storage room. The Sports Shop Unterlercher, which includes ski hire and the Ski school Total are both at the house. The free ski bus to the ski area Hochzillertal/Hochfügen departs every 15 minutes and stops right in front of our house. Dogs are allowed on request. However, charges may be applicable. Please contact us in this regard.
We only accept payment in cash.
Please ensure a down payment of € 200,00 per apartment ist made on the day of booking to secure your reservation.
Our apartments are available for you on arrival from 15h00. On departure day we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 9h30.
Parking ist directly in front of our house and free of charge.
If you cancel your booking up to 7 days prior to arrival, there will be no charge. If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation and if cancelled or modified later, as well as non-arrival will be charged with 100 percent of the total booking price.
